Being billed as an easier-to-drive and lighter LCD-4, the LCD-4z goes on sale later this month.
With the LCD-4, the MX4 and the LCDi4, Audeze has great variety at the top-end of their catalogue.
The new 4z has the same 106mm Planar-Magnetic driver as the original LCD-4, but these ones are apparently 25% lighter (which anyone who’s experienced the LCD-4s punishing weight will appreciate).
This will ship with a premium quarter-inch to-dual 4-pin mini-XLR LCD cable and a travel case. Here’s to hoping the case is a little more form-fitting than past LCD-cases!
