Our Headphone.com Shipping Policy is Simple!

We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $49 within the USA.

Orders under $49.00 will be charged minimal $8.00 flat rate shipping fee.

Shipping Days and Times

We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays). Our same-day shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM MST. Verified orders for in-stock merchandise will almost always ship the same day you order. Everything ships from Livingston, Montana USA. Here is a map for the approximate shipping times for UPS Ground to your location.

Shipping Carriers

For most items we use UPS Ground for shipment, but ocassionally we also use other carriers (USPS).

Need Your Headphones Sooner? Expedited Shipping Is Available!

When you check out, we'll give you the option to choose various alternate shipping methods — all the way up to UPS Overnight Air Express — that will get you your gear sooner. You'll pay the actual shipping cost for these methods. We don't mark them up.

International Shipping

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are NOT allowed to ship any products outside of the USA. The following are exceptions to this policy (some restrictions apply for these destinations):

Puerto Rico
US Military addresses (i.e. APO and FPO addresses)
Locations that use a US Postal ZIP Code, such as Guam, The Virgin Islands, etc.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we'll email you a package tracking number so that you can monitor its progress. To safeguard your delivery, we don't allow any orders to be rerouted while in transit to a shipping address for any reason.

There Are a Few Restrictions to Our Free Shipping Policy:

Valid only in the 48 contiguous United States and U.S. military APO/ FPO addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and FPO/APO will ship via USPS method.
Oversized/overweight products DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping. We'll let you know exact shipping charges for heavy/oversize items upon check-out.
If you RETURN a purchase to us, our incurred shipping cost to you will be deducted from any due refund or credit.
