Email us to let us know the make, model, and condition of your headphones. Include “Trade In” in the subject of your email.
We’ll respond to your email with an offer, typically 50% of what we’ll sell them for to cover shipping fees, cleaning, testing and credit card processing fees. (Not enough cash for your well loved gear? Consider listing it in our Consignment Program)
If you accept our offer we’ll email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
Upon receipt of your headphones we’ll inspect them to verify they are as described and issue you a HeadRoom Gift Card for the agreed upon value.
*Headphones that are not as originally described will be recycled or returned to you for the cost of shipping.
