Headphone.com 30 Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases made through Headphone.com. If at any time during the first 30 day period (starting from the day you ordered the item) you decide to return an item, just send back your purchase in “like new” condition and we will issue you a refund. Yep, its that simple.

NOTE: If an order is placed with free shipping, our actual incurred UPS or USPS shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Some exclusions apply, please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

Product Availability

We try to keep all items in stock as much as possible, but in the event of a back-ordered, sold-out or out-of-stock item, we will notify you via email or phone within 1-3 business days. Our online website cart updates stock quantities every 24 hours so there exists a remote chance something you ordered online or via telephone appeared as 'in-stock' on the website but may have become 'out-of-stock', 'discontinued' or officially 'back-ordered' before we had a chance to authorize & process your Headphone.com order request and correctly adjust available product quantities.

Gift Cards

Headphone.com / HeadRoom Gift Cards have no cash value. Cash refunds will not be issued; refunds will be given in the form of a credit on customer's account.  If a gift card is purchased at a promotional rate, the amount credited back will be for the purchase price not the gift card amount.  (For example if you buy a $100 gift card for $80, you will receive a $80 credit on your account.) You may redeem several gift card on one purchase, simply enter each code into the gift card line item(s) in the order cart.

Disclaimer of Orders Placed With Headphone.com and/or HeadRoom Audio

While we strive to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience to our customers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel questionable orders. This includes but is not limited to orders containing ANY error, discrepancy or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, and whether or not the order has been confirmed, verified, and/or your credit card already charged for the order. If your Headphone.com order is officially canceled, you will be notified via email and if your payment or charge has already been processed through our systems, we will issue a refund to the original pay type or credit card used on the transaction as soon as possible in keeping with our stated refund policy above.

Headphone.com and HeadRoom Corporation reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion to anyone we deem to be operating in a manner contrary to good faith business practices or who we believe has been abusive of our Headphone.com return policy, service requirements, or staff members in any way.
