Headphone.com backs all purchases with a 30 Day warranty, so if you have received the item within the last 30 days, contact us right away and we will conduct an exchange.
If it has been over 30 days since you received the product, you will need to contact the product manufacturer directly. All reputable makers have a basic warranty of at least 6 months on their products and many offer extended 2 or 3-year warranties.
